ZIUZEA SRL operates from the Republic of Moldova. If you access the Service from another country, your information may be processed in Moldova and in jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Please do not send sensitive personal data (for example medical data, government IDs, or payment card details) through contact forms.

• Contact and inquiry data: name, email, phone (if provided), country, subject, and message content.
• Technical and security data: an IP address may be used transiently for rate limiting and security or appear in separate security logs. The behavior analytics store never keeps a raw IP address or full user-agent string.
• Cookie preference data stored in the nade_consent cookie.
• Optional analytics data after explicit opt-in: a random session UUID, viewed pages and actions, the first external referrer domain, first-touch UTM source/medium/campaign, and coarse country, device, browser, and operating-system families.

• Normalized analytics events are normally retained up to 60 days, session funnel records up to 180 days, and non-identifying daily aggregates may be retained longer.
